TXCPA El Paso, a chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, has been serving TXCPA members since 1940.
We serve members in six counties in the far Western region of Texas including: Brewster, Culberson, El Paso, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, and Presido.
The Chapter exists to identify the unique needs of Texas CPAs in the chapter area and providing a forum to meet those needs. We will strive to provide relevant information and resources for our members on this site.

Our History
The Chapter was organized at a meeting of El Paso Certified Public Accountants held at the Hilton Hotel, April 23, 1940. Guy A. Douglas was elected as Chairman, and Florence Buckner as Secretary-Treasurer for the remainder of the current fiscal
year that ended June 30. A tentative program was outlined for future activities.
