Thank you for choosing to participate in our Mentor Program. Please complete the form below to be enrolled in the program for April - July of 2025.
IMPORTANT: TXCPA Austin will communicate with you via email. Please submit the email address you use most frequently, and please plan to check that email account every day.
▪ I will read and respond to TXCPA emails within a reasonable time frame
▪ I respect my mentor's time and I will answer emails and/or phone calls within a reasonable time frame
▪ I understand the relationship between my mentor and I is professional in nature and that our communications must remain confidential.
▪ I acknowledge that the views, opinions, guidance, and remarks of my mentor are personal and may not reflect the views, opinions, guidance, or remarks of any organization they may be a part of.
▪ I understand that my assignment as a mentee is voluntary but also a professional commitment. If I elect to discontinue my participation in the TXCPA Mentor Program, I agree to promptly notify TXCPA Austin of this decision via email at ljohnson@tx.cpa so that another mentee can be assigned to my mentor.
▪ I understand that the specific session topics are subject to change.
▪ I promise to abide by this agreement adopted by the TXCPA Austin Mentor Program. If I fail to adhere to this agreement, I understand and agree that my mentoring relationship may be terminated, and I may be removed from the mentee list.
