TXCPA Fort Worth, a chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, is a trusted professional community for CPAs in the greater Fort Worth, Texas area which also includes Erath, Hood, Jack, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Parker, Somervell, Tarrant, and Wise counties.

GOVERNANCE

Fort Worth Chapter, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, is a corporation organized under the Texas Business Organizations Code, and has exemption from federal income tax under sec. 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. 

A board of directors is charged with governance of the association under the association's certificate of formation and operates according to bylaws adopted by association members.
