Amy Johansson, CPA

OUTSTANDING YOUNG CPA OF THE YEAR

Amy is one of those leaders who has it all.

She’s a great communicator, she’s an effective team motivator, she has innovative ideas, and she knows how to implement them.

As Chair of the Young Professionals Committee, she used those skills to guide her team through planning meetings that resulted in engaging events for members of all ages. AND she made those planning meetings fun for committee members.

Amy connected with other Chapter leaders to create joint events with the Membership Development Committee, CPAs Helping Schools, and PAC, and even assisted other committees with their fundraising.

Perhaps her best quality is that she leads by example. For instance, she actively welcomes members and guests to every event.
