Add TXCPA Houston as a Safe Sender

Not receiving TXCPA Houston emails or weekly e-blast?

Gmail

Add TXCPA Houston to Your Contacts

Add the TXCPA Houston newsletter email address (chapter@houstoncpa.org) to your Gmail Contacts. Google will usually deliver emails from addresses that are in your Contacts.

To Mark an Email as Not Spam in Gmail

If Gmail has marked our email as spam, you will need to tell Gmail our emails are not spam.

  1. In Gmail, navigate to the spam folder.
  2. Search for an email from chapter@houstoncpa.org
  3. Open the email.
  4. Click Not spam at the top menu bar.

Outlook

Add TXCPA Houston to Your Contacts

Add the TXCPA Houston newsletter email address (chapter@houstoncpa.org) to your Outlook Contacts. Outlook will usually deliver emails from addresses that are in your Contacts.

To Mark an Email Message as Not Junk in Outlook

  1. Open your Junk Email folder and select the messages you want to keep. From the top toolbar, select Not junk > Not junk (or Not spam > Not spam). You can also open the message and select the It's not junk link at the top.
  2. If you've blocked someone by mistake, open your Blocked senders list and select the next to their name.
  3. Add the sender to your Safe senders list.

Yahoo! Mail

Add TXCPA Houston to Your Contacts

Add the TXCPA Houston newsletter email address (chapter@houstoncpa.org) to your Yahoo! Mail Contacts. Yahoo! will usually deliver emails from addresses that are in your Contacts.

To Mark an Email as Not Spam in Yahoo

  1. Click the Spam folder. If you don't see the "Spam" folder, click More below the "Sent" folder.
  2. Select the email.
  3. Click It's not spam to move the message into your inbox, and future messages from this sender will be delivered to the inbox.
