Member Profile Updates
Some specific data, name change, join date, renewal dates, or termination dates, can only be changed by contacting a TXCPA Member Service Representative.
For assistance during business hours (M-F, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT), please type "Human" in the chat response and click enter or call 800.428.0272 (option 1). After hours, please send an email to membership@tx.cpa and we will respond as soon as possible.
UPDATE MEMBER PROFILE & CONTACT DETAILS
To change the contact information associated with your account, follow these steps:
1. Log into your member profile
2. Click on the Contact Info tab.
3. In the Personal Information box, click Edit.
4. Enter your new information and click Update.
EMPLOYER UPDATE
1. Log into your member profile
2. Click on the Contact Info tab.
3. In the Employer Information box and follow the instructions to either select an employer from the dropdown list or submit employer details for a company not in the dropdown list.
4. Click Update. (Note: employer address changes are done by a member service representative and will appear on your record within 1-2 business days.
Please note that if you have registered for any upcoming events or courses with your previous name, it may still appear on your registration confirmation or name badge. However, this will not affect your registration or credits.
Changes with TXCPA are NOT reflected on your CPA license.
To change your name on your license, you will need to contact the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (TSBPA). Below is the website to access the TSBPA, in addition to the link to access the
