Corporate Transparency Act Compliance
In this session will provide a brief overview of the CTA (Corporate Transparency Act), FinCEN, BOIRs (Beneficial Owner Information Reports), what financial and criminal action may be taken against those who do not file in time, and how you (the CPA) can assist your clients in filing their BOIRs quickly. You'll also get an overview of what the submission process looks like and some helpful tips for filing properly and without error, as well as a description of alternative ways to file.
