TXCPA Austin LEAP is a group of emerging CPAs, CPA candidates, accounting students, and other up and coming professionals focused on career development, growth, leadership, networking and contributing to the TXCPA Austin/Texas Society of CPAs, the profession and the community.

Fun LEAP Events

• LEAP Networking Event - Easy Tiger Linc - Tuesday, April 23, 4pm-6pm - join with fellow CPAs, Candidates, Students and others for a relaxing, fun time.  
• We had a great happy hour event at Easy Tiger at the Linc in March! There were several new faces and we enjoyed their giant pretzels, grazing boards and some yummy cocktails on the patio.
• Our LEAP group met at Moontower Saloon in south Austin to kick off the summer with a networking happy hour.
• TXCPA Austin hosted a join LEAP and Student bowling event at Highland Lanes which was a great opportunity for student members to meet and connect with our LEAP members!
• Budding artists (aka LEAP members) gathered virtually on Thursday, October 28 for a Bob Ross painting party.  Led by the LEAP Committee Co-Chairs, Aarika Anderson and CC O’Brien, the group started the evening with introductions and getting to know one another.  Then, it was time to start the Bob Ross youtube video and create our individual masterpieces.  Take a look at what your fellow members created and stay tuned for information on the committee’s next fun event!
