Important Update for Reporting Your CPE

Effective Dec. 1, 2024, TXCPA Austin is issuing CPE credits under TSBPA Sponsor ID 260. This change was approved by the Executive Board as we continue to streamline the chapter’s administrative activities and leverage resources available from TXCPA.

For all TXCPA Austin CPE completed beginning December 1, 2024, you will select the option for “Board and/or NASBA registered sponsor” and then select “TEXAS SOCIETY OF CPAS” from the drop-down list, which will populate the Sponsor Name and Sponsor ID for this section.

For all TXCPA Austin CPE completed prior to November 30, 2024, you will select the option for “Board and/or NASBA registered sponsor,” as usual. However, because the sponsor ID has expired, “TXCPA Austin” will not be available to select from the drop-down list provided. You can manually type “TXCPA Austin” for the Sponsor Name field and “265” for the Sponsor ID field. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please reach out to Lauren Johnson.
