Volunteer Opportunity: Help Fight Weekend Hunger
Did you know that 1 in 4 kids in Texas won’t have enough food to eat this weekend? Many children rely on school meals during the week but face food insecurity on weekends.
Join TXCPA Austin on Monday, April 7, from 6 to 7 p.m. as we partner with Backpack Friends to assemble weekend food packs for children in need. Your time and effort will help ensure that local kids don’t go hungry.
Location: 700-C West Pecan Street, Pflugerville, TX 78660
Directions: Pull into the PACE building parking lot and drive to the far back LEFT side. Look for the gate and driveway—pull through and park. Enter through the door on the far right of the building.
